  • The selected organisation receives a full Ludlow & Ludlow strategic branding programme, including:

    • Brand strategy

    • Positioning

    • Narrative & messaging

    • Visual identity

    • Naming (if necessary)

    • Strategic support over a 6-month period

    In addition, three runners-up receive:

    • A 1-hour private brand consultation session, following a brand audit

  • We started this Fellowship because we come across so many organisations that are doing something so interesting, but are not yet saying it clearly enough. The work and the ambition is there, but the voice and the brand is not (and the budget might not be there, either).

    We’re looking for extraordinary potential.

    You might already be operating, growing, or still setting up. You might be at a moment where things feel slightly misaligned or ready to shift.

    What matters is that you are serious about what you are building, including your brand, and open to doing it properly.

    This project will be about setting the right foundations, so that your next stage is truly staggering.
